Office Organisation

Our office opens daily from 7.00 am and is staffed medically by 7:30 am until 11:30 am. In the afternoon we are usually in the office on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm and on Tuesdays from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at your service.

We take as much time as you need to discuss your problems in a calm atmosphere. We try to to keep waiting times as short as possible by good planning. Unfortunately, in peak times when many patients come to us, we do not always succeed. Same problems occur when trying to reach us via telephone. Also here you could use the online service via the contact option (Kontakt).

If possible, we try to schedule appointments using an appointment system. In any case this is not possible due to the severity or the sudden onset of your illness urgent primary care patients can show up at the office daily (Mo-Fr) between 7.30 and 8.30 am in our "acute consultation time". Please understand that during this period we can really only care for your most urgent problems. For further consultations will then be arranged at a regular appointment.

• As a transfer patient with an urgent need, please contact your GP or physiotherapist. In many cases those can help you already sufficiently and take care for you while waiting for a regular appointment with us. If this is not the case, your GP or physiotherapist may like to talk personally to our doctor and find a solution for your problem.
